One-on-One Session
Spiritual counseling session offers a non-judgmental, confidential space for reflection, grounding, and gaining inner clarity. Together, we will assess what is present for you—life transitions, emotional weight, spiritual questions, or a desire for deeper spiritual alignment and balance. If you are experiencing burnout, spiritual confusion, lack of mental clarity, etc. This is perfect for you.

- Weekly Homework
No prior spiritual practice is required.
Spiritual counseling is a supportive, reflective practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy consist of a free in person or over the phone consultation. Each booking is done online where you will fill out a short questionnaire that will assist with creating a session designed specifically for you. Following each session will be a mini journal session to express all the emotions that came up from your session; as well as how you felt before and after your practice. After each session you will receive a email with the notes from every session as well as suggestions on how to deepen your practice as well as health tips.
Yoga Therapy is a Private Yoga Session tailored to assist with emotional trauma, physical discomfort, and/or deepen your yoga practice outside of a class setting. Each Session consist of a free in person or over the phone consultation. Each booking is done online where you will fill out a short questionnaire that will assist with creating a session designed specifically for your needs. Following each session will be a mini journal session to express all the emotions that came up from your session; as well as how you felt before and after your practice. After each session you will receive a email with the notes from every session as well as suggestions on how to deepen your practice as well as health tips.

Energy Therapy
Aura/Chakra Cleanse Reiki Session
Aura Cleanse Reiki Session is an exclusive service which includes crystal healing, reiki therapy, sound healing, meditation and journaling. This service is designed to clear any blockages emotional and within the energetic body. This session focuses on clearing your auric field and balancing your 7 main chakra points. Immediately following your session you will journal and share your experience as well as emotions with Nikki. Nikki will also share any messages she may have received during the sessions. Cleansings range from 30 minutes to 1 Hour. This service is done by appointments only and consist of a free consultation which is required.
Traditional Reiki Therapy
Traditional Reiki Therapy is a complementary holistic therapeutic practice designed to heal emotional and/or physical trauma. Reiki Therapy is an Ancient Healing practice conceptualized by Dr. Usui in Japan. However, this practice of healing by touch has been a practice long before seen in various civilization from east to west. The practitioner will use specific hand placements over certain areas of the body which enhances the body natural ability to heal itself from emotional and/or physical trauma. During the session Nikki bring you to a meditative state enabling you to observe where you feel significant discomfort. Once you have reached your meditative state Nikki will administer Reiki Therapy. Following the session you will journal and discuss your experience with Nikki.

Empowerment Session
The Empowerment Coaching Call is a 30 Minute Call with Nikki to pick her brain about specific topics regarding Yoga, Meditation, Herbs, and Mental Health, and Spirituality. During this phone call we will discuss blockages and problem solve a path forward.
This is not a Spiritual Counseling or Therapist Session and can not be substituted for a Energy Therapy Session or Consultations. All are booked separately and require a consultation before booking.
